This Privacy Policy explains how RK Ads ("we", "us") collects and uses the personal information you submit through our Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads.
When you submit one of our Lead Ad forms, Meta delivers the following fields to us:
We do not collect government IDs, payment information, location coordinates, or any data beyond what is shown in the lead form before you submit it.
We collect this information for one purpose: to match interested prospects with independent digital-skills coaching providers (course sellers) who pay us to receive matched leads in their region. A representative from one of these providers will call or message you about their course.
Lead data is transmitted from Meta to our Cloudflare Worker over HTTPS, then appended to a private Google Sheet that only our team and the matched coaching provider can access. We do not sell your data to data brokers or use it for advertising profiles.
We retain raw lead records for a maximum of 90 days from submission. After 90 days the row is deleted from the master sheet. Coaching providers who received your lead may retain their own copy under their separate privacy policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the exact steps. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
Our Lead Ads target adults aged 22 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover such data we delete it immediately.
If we update this policy we will change the "Effective date" above and post the new version at this same URL.
